About us

Adamada, a publisher in the Gdanskie Wydawnictwo Oswiatowe group, is a rapidly developing publishing brand operating on the children’s book’s market since 2015. Cooperating with Polish authors and illustrators, as well as publishers all over the world, we have already managed to release almost 300 titles. Adamada publications are carefully chosen, beautiful books packed full of entertainment and educational value for children. They include Polish and foreign literature (fiction and non-fiction), imaginative puzzles, creative colouring books and educational publications which develop thinking and mathematical abilities. Our books have been acclaimed by experts and awarded many times, including IBBY for The Best Book of The Year – Literary Award in 2017 and Literary Distinction in 2018. However, a more important indication of their appreciation is their ever-growing popularity, and this proves that they have managed to win over the hearts of young readers. In Spring 2017 we started to offer copyrights for our own titles which have subsequently been released in various languages such as: Arabic, Belorussian, Czech, Chinese, French, Hindi, Kazakh, Korean, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Mongolian, Russian, Slovenian, Ukrainian. Our Foreign Rights catalogue includes: children’s fiction, non-fiction and activity books.
